Medical aesthetics · Back Bay, Boston

Your best face, mapped before it’s ever touched.

Every treatment here starts as a drawing — your anatomy, the zones we’d treat, the units in each one, and the total. You see the whole plan before anyone picks up a syringe.

Why we work this way

Most clinics quote a face. We quote a number.

“Botox for the forehead” is not a plan. It doesn’t say how many units, where they go, or what happens to your brow when that muscle stops working. That vagueness is where bad results come from — and where surprise invoices come from too.

  • You see the map first. Zones, unit counts per zone, and a total, written down before we begin.
  • The price is arithmetic, not a quote. Units × per-unit rate. No package pressure, no “areas” that quietly mean different things.
  • Under-treating is the default. We’d rather add four units at your two-week review than take them back. You can’t.
  • The review is included. Day fourteen, every time, whether or not anything needs adjusting.
How a visit runs

Four steps, in this order,
every single time.

The sequence matters. Assessment comes before pricing, and pricing comes before consent — so nobody is deciding on a treatment while sitting in the chair with a needle already in the room.

STEP 01

Consult & map

We photograph in standard lighting, watch your muscles at rest and in motion, and mark the zones on a diagram of your face.

Day 0 · 30 min · free
STEP 02

Plan & price

You get the map with a unit count against each zone and one total at the bottom. Nothing is booked. Take it home if you want.

Same visit · written
STEP 03

Treat

Ten to twenty minutes for most injectable appointments. Topical numbing if you want it. You can drive yourself home and go back to work.

Same day or later
STEP 04

Review at two weeks

We re-photograph in the same lighting, compare against your map, and adjust anything that settled unevenly. Included in the price.

Skin & resurfacing · Back Bay
Skin, not just lines

The quiet work that holds a result.

Injectables relax movement; skin work is what keeps the surface reading healthy under it. Microneedling with PRF, medical-grade peels and HydraFacial are planned on the same map, in the same record, by the same clinician.

  • Patch tested first. Every laser and peel, before we treat — no exceptions.
  • Layered, not stacked. We sequence resurfacing around your injectables so recovery windows never collide.
  • Photographed in fixed lighting. So “better” is a comparison, not a feeling.

I got handed a printed diagram with 42 units written on it and a price. No upsell, no “while you’re here.” I’ve been to four medspas and this is the first one that felt like a clinic.

Botox · glabella + crow’s feet

She talked me out of filler at my first appointment and sent me away with a skincare plan instead. Came back a year later and did it properly. That’s why I trust her.

Masseter tox for clenching. My dentist suggested it, three places quoted me “a session.” Purely quoted 50 units per side and explained why. Jaw pain gone in three weeks.

Before you book

The four questions we get every week.

If yours isn’t here, call the clinic and ask. You’ll speak to someone who treats, not a call centre.

Do I have to book a treatment at the consult?

No, and we don’t treat on the same day as the consult unless you ask us to. The consult exists so you can leave with a written plan and think about it. Roughly a third of people book later, and about one in ten we advise not to treat at all.

How is the price calculated?

Wrinkle relaxers are priced per unit, so your total is simply units × rate. Fillers are priced per syringe. Skin treatments and programs are flat-rate per session. Every number is published on the treatment pages — you can work out your own estimate before you walk in.

Will I look like I’ve had something done?

Only if you ask for that. Our default is to under-dose and review at two weeks, because units can always be added and never removed. If you want a heavier, more obviously smoothed result, say so and we’ll plan for it — it’s a preference, not a mistake.

Who actually performs the treatment?

A licensed nurse practitioner or registered nurse injector, working under a supervising physician. The person who maps your face at the consult is the person who treats you. We don’t hand appointments to whoever is free.

Start with a plan

Book the consult. Decide after.

Thirty minutes at 426 Boylston Street, no cost and no pressure. You leave with a written treatment map, unit counts and a total — whether or not you book anything.
